They are both on the Growth team at Generation Investment Management, the mission-driven fund set up by Al Gore two decades ago, where their investments have included Ramp, Octopus Energy, ZeroMatter, Toast, Gusto, Gridware and Spring Health. Lucia previously served as CPO at Europe's largest energy operations business and has been transforming a decades-old consulting business into an FDE model.
