About the host: Paolo Ghisleni is a Change Practitioner, Educator and Certified Coach with over 15 years of experience across corporate environments, international communities and large-scale events in Europe. With a background in Management Engineering and Change Management, he works at the intersection of operations, leadership and human development. Alongside his role as Key Account Manager at Franke Coffee Systems, Paolo founded Trainers’ Forum, a European community of educators. His work combines operational rigor, emotional intelligence and facilitation to help teams navigate complexity, collaborate effectively and create lasting impact.
