​This session gives you a practical look at how that gap is closing, and what it takes to be part of it. You'll hear how communities are turning resilience goals into funded, shovel-ready projects, see what a hands-on model like MountainTrue's new Resilience Lab looks like on the ground, complete with local Community Navigators and dedicated project funding, and get a statewide view of where funding and policy are headed next, straight from DEQ's State Resilience Office.
