Info Session: Food & AgTech Innovation Challenge

​Join Carrot Ventures and XPRIZE Canada Hub to learn about the Food & AgTech Innovation Challenge. The Challenge is a global call for innovations that help agriculture and food systems produce more, use resources better, and adapt faster. Winners receive a $150,000 prize, and selected teams may be considered for up to $1.5M in follow-on investment.

​Two tracks:

• ​Track A: Food Innovation. Technologies that reduce food loss, improve safety and strengthen supply chains.

• ​Track B: Produce More With Less. AgTech that raises productivity while using less land, water, labour, energy and other inputs.

​This session will introduce the Food & AgTech Innovation Challenge, explain both tracks, and outline how applications will be evaluated. It is structured to help you decide whether the Challenge is a good fit for your innovation.
