Edie Goldberg, Ph.D. is a globally recognized expert in talent management and the future of work. For over 30 years, she has worked with companies to design HR strategies to attract, engage, develop, and retain employees, and drive business performance. Edie is the co-author of Performance Enablement: A New Model for Driving Organizational Performance(Oxford University Press, 2026). Edie holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, is a Society for I/O Psychology Fellow, and a recipient of the HR People + Strategy Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions made to her profession. In addition to consulting, she is an author, keynote speaker, a LP in How Women Invest (a gender-lensed fund), and an advisor to several HR Technology companies.
