Adeline Chan, co- founder of AAL INNOVATION, architect-turned-entrepreneur shares her journey building an AI consultancy and creative studio, at the intersection of construction and technology — from landing her client through an inbound LinkedIn message to signing MoUs with the government of Kenya.
About the Speaker
Adeline Chan is the CEO and Co-Founder of AAL INNOVATION — Hong Kong’s leading AI transformation consultancy for the architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate sector.
A UK-licensed architect, NEC4 accredited project manager, and elected RIBA Hong Kong Chapter Committee Member, Adeline lectures at The University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and has spoken at over 70 global events. Her team currently serves the Government of Kenya in AI readiness assessment for their national board of engineers, alongside clients across Hong Kong, the UAE, and East Africa.

In this talk, Kerrie will share her journey from corporate employment to entrepreneurship, the projects she is currently building, and the different ways she generates income through technology.
