​Kickoff & Introductions (1-1:30pm): get to know what the weekend will look like and who our amazing guests are!

​​Recruiting Insights (1:30-2:15pm): learn about design recruiting: the timeline, crafting your resume & portfolio, and more!

​​Introductions Panel (2:15-3pm): our 16 industry & academic guests will introduce themselves, their backgrounds, and their expertise.

​​Small Group Discussions (3-4pm): students & pairs of guests will break up into small groups; this is your chance to ask any & every question you have! We'll have 2 rounds of discussions so you'll get to chat with 4 different guests.

​Guest Lectures (4-5:30pm): learn first-hand from our expert guests on topics involved in their career and industry

​Dinner & Networking (5:30-6:30pm): a delicious dinner & a chance to mingle.

​Building a Strong Portfolio (11-11:45am):​ discover how to craft a powerful portfolio and strong resume for future roles

​Portfolio Reviews (11:45-1pm): receive direct feedback on your portfolio or learn through other people's by breaking into small groups with our expert guests (no portfolio required to attend).

​​Lunch & Networking (1-2pm): enjoy lunch on us and get to learn more about our guests.

​​Interview Workshop (2-3:30pm): experience an overview of the design recruiting process with a volunteer-based mock interview, which will have live feedback. This is a great chance to practice your interviewing or learn from others. Guests will then float around for you to practice an interview question in a small group, low-stakes environment.

​​Closing Ceremony (3:30-4pm): time to take a group photo & celebrate our hard work!
