This year we’re doing it on purpose.
Join the offline movement in Lisbon as we relive the power outage of April 28th, 2025 and celebrate its 1-year anniversary together.

Remember that day?
At first it was confusing.
No lights. No WiFi. No signal.
Plans interrupted. Messages unsent. A little stress in the air.
And then something unexpected happened. People went outside.
Parks filled up.
Strangers started talking.
People read the book they had been meaning to.
Friends combined their remaining cash to buy beers and snacks for the sunset.
Many talked with their neighbors for the first time.
People walked through the city with their heads up instead of looking down.
For a moment, Lisbon felt different.
Slower. Lighter. More connected.
On April 28, we’re recreating that feeling - intentionally.
200+ people in the Jardim do Rio.
Picnicking, reading, drawing, knitting, playing games… simply enjoying the evening together.
And the best part?
Our offline communities in Barcelona, Madrid, and Valencia will be doing the exact same thing.
One evening.
Four cities.
Thousands of people are going offline together.
What to expect:
⏰ 1 hour of pure analog joy, with hundreds of others
📵 Phones off for the entire hangout

As pessoas caminharam pela cidade com a cabeça levantada em vez de olhar para baixo.
Por um momento, Lisboa pareceu diferente.
Mais lenta. Mais leve. Mais conectada.
