โ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ฃ๐ weaves her research with shared personal stories, serving dishes prepared with ingredients and methods to navigate these diverse dietary boundaries. each course is served in custom ceramic vessels sculpted by the artist that resemble human body parts and organs, carefully paired with specific foods.
