In this workshop, clay becomes cake — and cake becomes forever. Participants will handbuild their own ceramic forms before decorating them with frosting-inspired piping techniques using slip, turning clay into a sweet ceramic keepsake designed to last forever.

This is a pastry artist coded ceramic workshop! You’ll learn basic handbuilding methods alongside ceramic “icing” techniques, with the option to create ribbons, cherries, bows, and other dramatic little decorations for your piece.

Vintage bakery energy, maximalist decoration, and slightly delusional cake behavior are all encouraged.

No experience needed. All are welcome.
