AI Community Munich is back in March 2026 — this time hosted at the codecentric office (Plaza im Werksviertel). Expect a relaxed community vibe with high-signal talks, great conversations, dinner, and a hands-on Codex workshop where you’ll learn agentic coding patterns from beginner to advanced.

18:45–19:05 | Session 1 (codecentric): Beyond the Demo — What It Actually Takes to Ship AI
Everyone has seen impressive AI demos. But what does it take to build a system you'd actually trust enough to ship?
In this talk, we share what we learned building a multi-service application on Azure OpenAI: The architecture decisions that held up, the assumptions that didn't and why the best decision we made was investing in systematic evaluation before going to production. Instead of hoping that prompts and models behave correctly, we built a framework that measures it: automated scoring, tuned by experts, against real datasets. When a new model gets available we configure it based on evidence. We'll talk about what this looks like in practice, what surprised us along the way, and what we'd do differently if we started over today.

20:20–21:30 | Hands-on Workshop: Agentic Coding with Codex (Beginner → Advanced)
A practical workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of Codex depending on your level — and if you’re already experienced, you’ll have time to build more advanced flows.
This workshop will specifically emphasize automation and reusable “skills”: how to set up workflows you can repeat, scale, and share with your team.
Suggested: Bring a laptop so you can follow along and build live.
