Student OS: Build Your Campus Life with Notion is a free, beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to use Notion to organise your academic life in one workspace.
Together, we'll build a simple student dashboard to help you keep track of your courses, manage assignments, organise lecture notes, and plan your week without feeling overwhelmed.
You don't need any previous Notion experience. We'll walk through everything step by step, and you'll have time to build your own system during the session.

🗓️ Event Agenda
1. Check-in, Welcome, and Snacks (20 min)
Check in, grab a snack, and meet other students before the learning begins. Get comfortable, connect with fellow attendees, and get ready to build your Student OS.
2. Workshop Kickoff + Notion Basics (30 min)
Discover what you'll build during the workshop and learn the Notion essentials you need to get started. We'll explore how to navigate pages, add and edit blocks, and work with simple database entries and views.
We'll walk through the Build Your Student OS: Workshop Slides presentation up to the “Let's Build” slide, focusing on the features you'll use during the hands-on session.
3. Guided Co-building (60 min)
It's time to build! Follow a step-by-step walkthrough to create your own Student OS in Notion. We'll work through each step together, with pauses to help everyone follow along and ask questions.
You'll start bringing your campus life into one place, from your courses and assignments to your notes and weekly priorities.
4. Show & Tell (10 min)
Let's see what you've built! Share your Student OS with the group, discover how other students organised their work, and get inspired by different ideas and approaches.
Leave with a practical starting point for organising your semester with Notion.
