About Event

Hijack a drone's telemetry link — hands-on.

Step into the role of a wireless security researcher: intercept, dissect, and hijack a live MAVLink telemetry stream, then force a drone to land. Practise the attack on a simulator, then watch the winning exploit land a real drone.

Programme (3 hrs): OpenWRT Intro Class · MAVLink Drone Telemetry Hijack · Live Challenge — Land a Real Drone.

Who can join — beginner-friendly. No drone, pentest or coding experience needed. You must be comfortable with the Linux command line and running a Linux VM on Windows. Bring your own Windows 10/11 laptop (no macOS / ARM) and internet.

Language: Cantonese, with English technical terms.
