The CCC Garden State Event brings Contractors, Closers & Connections back to New Jersey for an elevated, relationship-driven evening designed for senior professionals who understand that the right room creates real opportunity.
Hosted inside the modern showroom of Contempo Space Furniture, this event convenes a curated group of founders, CEOs, principals, and decision-makers from across real estate, finance, construction, design, legal, and investment sectors. As with all CCC events, attendance is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of conversations and connections.
At the center of the evening is a CEO-level panel discussion, featuring leaders actively shaping their industries—sharing insights on growth, risk, capital, innovation, and the realities of operating at scale. The format is conversational, candid, and designed to spark meaningful dialogue both on and off the stage.

This will be an intimate event of approximately 150 hand-selected guests specifically catered toward the elite professionals serving the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Invitations will be sent out to family offices, building owners, operators, real estate developers, landlords, fund managers, investment firms, capital partners, and elected officials.
Seniority will be the paramount element of this event, so we will be selectively sending invitations to Founders, CEO’s, Owners, Principals, and C-Suite Executives.
Unless there is Sponsorship of the function involved, we will not be inviting Business Development, Account Executives, Analysts, Associates, etc.
