This is where it starts.

Week 1 — June 13

Before you can hack revenue, you need to know what you're selling, who's buying, and how the money actually moves. Day 1 is about picking your model and locking your target so you're not wasting the next three weeks building something nobody pays for.

This isn't a theory class. It's a live execution bootcamp for founders, hackers, freelancers, indie builders, agencies, consultants, creators, AI builders, and ambitious weirdos who want to generate revenue now.

The mission

Generate $5,000 in three weeks. Not hypothetically. Actually.

Some projects will fail. Some will pivot. A few will accidentally turn into real companies. That's the point.

What we cover on Day 1

Sales strategy: founder-led selling that actually closes, cold outreach that gets replies, AI-assisted prospecting, pitch refinement, fast validation, knowing whether you're playing the B2B or B2C game, and selling through community.

Revenue models: SaaS, memberships, consulting, agencies, marketplaces, AI products, digital products, events and community monetization, and hybrid systems. We'll figure out which one fits your project and how to start charging for it.

What you'll leave with

A revenue model matched to your project, a first-draft offer people actually want, the bones of an outreach system, a target customer, a clear path to first dollars, and a cohort holding you accountable.

Who should come

Early-stage founders, AI hackers, students, creators, designers, developers, consultants, operators, anyone stuck at idea stage, and anyone trying to escape the trap of endless building with no revenue.

No coding experience required.

Format

Live Saturday session at the Portland State University Business Accelerator, with online participation. You build and sell between sessions. Accountability check-ins and live revenue reviews throughout.
