​Agent Building Workshop: Functional Edition

​A three-day, hands-on program for business professionals who want to stop reading about AI and start building with it.

​No coding. No engineering background. If you can explain what you need in plain language, you can build agents.

​What you'll learn:
Over three days you'll move from understanding what agents are and how they differ from ordinary AI tools, to designing and building your own working agent, to thinking at the systems level about how agents connect, hand off, and operate together as an enterprise capability.

​Day 1 — Foundations: Thinking in agents. You'll leave with a complete Agent Charter: a design blueprint for the agent your team builds on Day 2.

​Day 2 — Design: Building agents that work. Task decomposition, guardrails, output design, failure recovery, and iteration. You'll build a working interactive dashboard for your business unit.

​Day 3 — Scale: Agentic systems that operate. Systems thinking, orchestration, change management, and measurement. You'll present your solution to the full cohort.
