​You download Notion, copy a template someone recommended, and three weeks later you've stopped opening it.

​I've run six of these workshops across India this year and it's the same story every time. People start inside somebody else's system, never learn how it's put together, and quit the moment it stops fitting their life.

​So we're doing the opposite. You bring a laptop, I open a blank page on the screen, and everyone in the room builds the same working system, step by step.

​

​By 3pm you'll have a semester command center you actually use and you'll know why every piece of it is there. Then I'll show what Notion AI does on top of it. All of it runs on the free student plan, so nothing breaks when you walk out.
