The interpretation gap: Why great companies are misunderstood
The moment companies move from innovation to scale, the challenge is no longer explaining
the technology.
Investors, customers and strategic partners rapidly form a view of what a company is, why it matters and why they should believe in its future. Great companies can therefore be underappreciated not because their technology is weak, but because their significance is misunderstood, their category is unclear or the most important part of their value is lost in
explanation.
This closed, highly interactive workshop gives selected founder-CEOs the opportunity to test how sophisticated peers interpret their companies, identify where meaning is being lost and experiment with sharper ways to articulate why their company matters.
This is not a pitch competition or a presentation-skills class.
Participants will work actively throughout the session with a curated group of peers and leave with a clearer understanding of their current interpretation gap and one concrete action to address it.
