Leran is a product designer with over 10 years of experience helping teams navigate complexity and scale products inside organisations big and small. Her work spans ASX, HSBC, NSW Government, Propeller Aero, and The Yield, now Yamaha Agriculture, where she’s helped teams build with greater clarity and confidence.
Stefi is autotelic designer and co-founder of the Bulgarian Design Council. Over the past decade she's been helping teams make sense of complexity across healthcare, government, AI, and high-trust systems. Her work blends research, co-design, behavioral design, and systems thinking to shape products and services with measurable impact.
