About Event

The holidays are supposed to be a time of joy and connection, but do you find yourself bracing for the familiar cycle of stress, overeating, and financial strain?

You promise yourself this year will be different. But by the time January arrives, you're often left feeling exhausted, depleted, and overwhelmed by holiday debt.

This isn't a failure of willpower. It's a failure of approach.

The truth is, your metabolic health (body), your mental well-being (mind), and your financial habits (budget) are deeply interconnected. When one is out of balance, the others follow. A stressed mind leads to poor food choices, and financial anxiety only adds to that stress.

In this empowering virtual "Lunch and Learn," three leading experts in integrative medicine, psychotherapy, and financial planning will reveal how to reset your entire system before the holiday rush.

In this live training, you'll discover:

  • Metabolism: Why holiday "overeating" isn't just a lack of control—and how to stabilize your metabolism to manage cravings and energy (Dr. Paul).

  • Mindfulness: A practical framework to stay grounded and in control, so you can respond to family stress with intention instead of reaction (Dr. Ferrara).

  • Money: How to align your holiday budget with your values, breaking the cycle of overspending and starting the new year with confidence (M. Ferrara).

  • Bonus: Live Q&A with all three experts. This is a rare opportunity to get your personal questions about your body, mind, and budget answered in one place.

This isn't another talk about restrictive diets or pinching pennies. This is about finding the root cause of holiday burnout and building an integrated strategy so you can step into the season feeling grounded, grateful, and truly in control.

Spots are limited to ensure everyone gets a chance to ask questions. Reserve your spot now.
