LocLunch™ Seattle – October 19th, 2025

​Join us for our second LocWalk event, which will start one hour before the LocLunch and last for about 45 minutes.

Hello, everyone!

​We’re looking forward to seeing you at LocLunch Sunday October 19th.

We're using the word "Lunch" loosely here, because in the interest of allowing people to join these events with different constraints, we are doing an evening event in Seattle.

Seattle weather can be unpredictable, especially in October, so feel free to skip the hike, but please update your participation on the actual restaurant event, as we have limited numbers and this event is capped at 20 participants.

​For the hike at 5pm, let’s meet in front of Pike Place Market by the pig at 4:50 p.m. where we will start the hike towards the new waterfront park.

We will do an optional stop at the Gum Wall for those who want to leave their mark on this touristic hotspot.

​This is a “hike” with no special equipment needed. We will be on paved paths exploring the new waterfront park, going down to the waterfront passing by the Aquarium, Seattle Wheel, exploring and coming back up. There are elevators and accessible paths for anyone not wanting to use steps.

​Not interested in hiking in the new waterfront park? That’s fine, feel free to head into the Lonely Siren, have a drink and enjoy the sunset. The hiking contingent should arrive at Lonely Siren at or around 6:00. Sunset is scheduled for 6:13 on October 19th (https://www.timeanddate.com/sun/usa/seattle?month=10), and we will be in a room with waterfront views, so assuming the weather cooperates we should have nice views.
