Australian-Grown Innovation Engage Session 2026 (Victoria)

​The Australian-Grown Innovation Program The Australian-Grown Innovation Engage Workshop, brought to you by Hort Innovation Frontiers, is a free, in-person session designed for growers and supply chain participants to explore new ways of solving challenges across horticulture.

​Participants are encouraged to bring the real issues they are facing on-farm or within their farm business, share them with others and work together to explore practical solutions. Through guided activities, peer learning and tools such as the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas, attendees can identify opportunities to improve efficiency, diversify income and strengthen their business.

​The workshop also introduces participants to the Australian-Grown Innovation Incubate and Build programs, which provide further support to develop promising ideas into practical, market-ready solutions.
