Empowered: The Boundaries Workshop
In the context of systemic oppression ("power over"), we must find and step into our power as individuals and the collective. We can develop power with our peers, and power for good.
In this workshop, we'll summon the wisdom of your body, drawing from situations in your real life where you feel both powerful and shaky. You will learn how to bridge yourself from fear into rooted empowerment. You will practice raising your voice with strength and authority! You will find your sweet spot to say a strong no without bitterness or anger. You will design a unique go-to mantra to keep your empowerment practice alive in the weeks and months to come.
"amazing, amazing workshop. It gave me so much food for thought and self-reflection. There was such a wealth of knowledge in that room. Thank you for holding that space. I felt a lot of growth even in the few days afterward." -Tiff, a Boundary Workshop participant
This interactive and inclusive workshop is for those who want to grow! You make sense. You are not alone. Everything is skill and habit — let's get building, together.
