Feeling overloaded before the day starts? 80 % feel the crush. Step out for a 30-min sunrise walk—Recovery Walk Wednesday—and reset before the inbox hits.

What we're doing: 30 minutes. Morning light. Real conversations. We're bringing back that vacation ritual – you know, the one where you actually felt present? Early walks with coffee, sunlight before screen time, arriving somewhere instead of just being busy.

The science bit: Pro athletes plan recovery as intentionally as training. Morning light + slow movement = serotonin boost, circadian reset, afternoon focus that actually works.

Who should come: Anyone whose first morning glance hits Slack before sunlight. If "recovery" sounds better than "run club pace" right now – this is your crowd.

The vibe: Think less fitness, more ritual. Less hustle, more human. We're not optimizing another thing – we're just remembering how to pause.

What to expect:

08:00 AM: meet-up and grab a coffee, because morning light hits different (in collaboration with LAP Coffee, you'll get 15% off at every LAP all over Germany with our special deal)

08:05 AM: the walk itself, first five minutes will be silent with an intentional question to start your day
