​Andrius Milinavičius — General Partner at BSV Ventures, Founder at Baltic Sandbox. Early-stage VC focused on Baltic/Nordic DeepTech, Life Science, and dual-use teams, with BSV having committed €15M+ since inception and backed by the NATO Innovation Fund.
​Ernestas Žvaigždinas — Co-Founder at BROSWARM. Serial entrepreneur building technology for defence-relevant field problems, with experience from previous ventures and exits.
