​The humanoid supply chain is the final supply chain. Everything else is subordinate to it.

​China owns too much of it. That is not a supply-chain problem. It is an existential one — privacy, sovereignty, and the long-term control of American industry are already being decided by people who do not share our interests.

​Most of the robotics world still pretends this is a secondary issue. We do not.

​This is a closed gathering of people who are done waiting for consensus. We will discuss the companies already fighting the dependency, the real constraints no one puts in decks, and the only posture that works: total commitment to building the stack here.
