Beyond The Classroom 01 - Coding in the era of AI
For Who?
Tech & AI can be intimidating to use in the classroom.
We have seen too many PO & VO educators miss out on simple and valuable tools to use with their students.
We’ve put together a series of 12 free active conversations and workshops, with local partners to help inspire and empower primary and secondary school educators, with hands-on solutions that respect the body and mental health of students in their 21st century learning journey.
Monthly theme: Coding in the era of AI
This month’s topic is a rather sensitive one. We’ve all seen AI chatbots and agents on our feed since the rise of ChatGPT. But how is that relevant to my classroom? How can I, as a non-tech savvy teacher, make healthy use of AI? Is coding still relevant for my students to learn since these AI bots can code entire apps? How can I improve the prevention of misusing AI when creating?
