Let us take care of your well-being every Sunday from 11am - 12:15pm.
Taught by a collective of healers, yogis, and somatic practitioners–each week will bring forward different holistic methods to help you integrate your body, heart, mind, and soul into your movement practice.
All bodies welcome. All levels of experience welcome.
Each practitioner has their own unique blend of Yoga practice, you may expect to find:
Vinyasa: a flow style practice that highlights breath and movement to a dynamic rhythm of attunement that feels like a meditative dance.
Hatha: Ha + tha meaning sun and moon asana practices that bring a deep sense of grounded earth into the body. Highlighting muscle engagement and stillness within postures to cultivate heightened awareness within your meditative practice.
Ashtanga: a physical Mysore practice of yoga developed by K Pattabhi Jois combining a specific set sequence of asanas linked by vinyasa, attributed to the philosophy behind the system to the ancient Sage Patanjali.
Restorative / Yin: supported postures and stretch practices held for longer periods of time to cultivate lunar energy, restore fascia, open meridians, and bolster your parasympathetic nervous system.
While most weeks will bring yoga, some weeks may also bring massage clinics, sound baths, and other holistic modalities. Keep an eye on the schedule, and we’ll see you soon!
