Session 2: Building the Metaweb

​What does the next layer of the Internet actually look like?

​In this session, we'll explore the emerging Meta-Layer architecture, including its pillars, primitives, and affordances. We'll examine browser overlays, smart tags, presence, trust signals, context layers, and community governance, and discuss how these capabilities can transform the Web into a more trustworthy and collaborative environment.

​Participants will also begin sketching their own Meta-Layer use cases and explore how these concepts can be applied to real-world communities and challenges.
