​Colleagues Unite is back.

​This is our global series of honest, supportive conversations for PAs and EAs, created to give space to the moments that shape us far beyond our job titles.

​This session will focus on dementia, a topic that is personal and close to the heart of our founder, Jessica. Through lived experience, this conversation will explore the emotional and practical realities of supporting loved ones with dementia while continuing to navigate work and career responsibilities.

​Many assistants find themselves balancing professional roles alongside caring responsibilities, often quietly and without a support network that truly understands. This session creates space to talk openly about those experiences.

​Together, we’ll explore the challenges, the resilience required, and the importance of community when facing dementia in our personal lives.

​Through honest conversation and shared understanding, this session aims to help assistants feel supported, seen, and less alone.
