Woodworking Field Trip: Angel City Lumber

​Come join us for a tour of Angel City Lumber in Boyle Heights! They work with residents and tree services within LA County to rescue trees and repurpose them into usable lumber for the community. Sourcing your wood from here is fun because you can see which LA neighborhood your lumber is coming from. During the tour we will explore their log deck, sawmills, kilns, and retail space. Please wear closed toed shoes, and bring your safety glasses and hearing protection! If sensitive to dust and particles, please bring a mask.
