IWD Special Lunch & Learn: Kate Stewart (Every Bit Counts)
'International Women's Day' Special Lunch & Learn at Sanders Place with: Kate Stewart (Every Bit Counts).
Making the Table Bigger
What hospitality has taught me about leadership, generosity and the long game.
In spirit of UN Women's 'Balance the Scales' We warmly welcome people of all genders to join us - because balancing the scales needs all of us.
We're excited to welcome member Kate Stewart. Kate will reflect on the lessons years in and around hospitality have taught her: why backstage culture matters, how to lead from anywhere in an organisation, and how generosity can be your business superpower.
Kate Stewart began her career in hospitality as a teenager, later partnering in a catering business in her twenties before founding En Pointe Events and now, Every Bit Counts. Today she works with organisations across property, culture and social impact to translate ambition into action - often through the design of gatherings, strategy and partnership. Known for her thoughtful, upstream approach and long-term relationships, Kate believes leadership is shaped as much backstage as it is in the spotlight.
