About the Square
Automation can feel like magic - until you actually build it yourself. A single workflow can save hours, reduce mistakes, and give you a sense of control over your day.
This square is about starting small, learning by doing, and seeing how small changes lead to real results. Participants will pick a simple problem, build a workflow in real-time, and experience firsthand how errors aren’t roadblocks - they’re clues. By the end, everyone leaves with a working automation and the confidence to tackle the next one.
It’s hands-on, practical, and made for anyone curious about automating tasks but hasn’t tried, got stuck, or doesn’t know where to start.
Initiator’s Intent
The initiator is an AI founder who has built AI tools on WhatsApp and spent years exploring hundreds of automation possibilities. One Sunday, she opened n8n to automate a simple Telegram message. On the second step, it broke. Most people would have closed the tab. But she paused, looked at the logs, asked AI a better question, made a small tweak, and tried again.
When the message finally went out automatically - no copy-pasting - a switch flipped. It was a skill anyone could learn, repeat, and use.
Through this square, she wants participants to feel that same mix of excitement and calm confidence: how to break problems into steps, debug without panic, and keep iterating until it works. With a WhatsApp group for follow-up support, no one will get stuck alone - everyone can keep building and learning together.
