Perimenopause and menopause are two distinct but deeply connected stages in a woman’s life, and most of us were never properly taught what to expect .
This evening is designed to offer clarity, context, and science-backed information in a setting that feels comfortable, not clinical.
We’ll gather in a private space at Essential MedSpa in Dedham for a small, thoughtfully curated dinner and guided discussion led by a women’s health specialist.
Led by Busayo Ajasa, APRN, WHNP-BC
Busayo is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in caring for women through perimenopause and menopause. As a member of The Menopause Society, she brings evidence-based expertise along with a compassionate, approachable style to women’s health education.
Her goal is clear, practical guidance that makes a difference in how women feel day to day.
What the Evening Will Include
• A grounded, science-based overview of perimenopause and menopause
• Common (and less talked-about) symptoms
• Treatment options and lifestyle considerations
• Open Q&A in a small, supportive group
• A curated spread of shareable small plates from Few and Far in Dedham
• Beignets to finish
• Wine and a mocktail option
This isn’t a lecture.

Seats are intentionally limited to keep the atmosphere relaxed and interactive.
