​Tom started as a corporate lawyer in Australia, then co-founded Forage, the virtual job-simulation platform. Forage grew from an Australian idea to nearly five million users worldwide, backed by Y Combinator, Lightspeed and Blackbird, before it was acquired in 2024. Today he's Chief Revenue Officer at Marqo, building from the other side of the table as an operator inside a fast-scaling AI company.
