Tame Your Inbox: An AI Triage & Scheduling Assistant

​Every inbox tool ever built sorts your mail. Sorting was never the problem. Of two hundred messages, about six need you specifically — and knowing which six requires knowing what you're working on, who you owe an answer, and which "quick question" is actually a deal. That's a judgment call, which is why filters never solved it and why an agent might. This session I'll build an assistant that triages the two hundred, drafts replies in your voice for the ones that are basically decided, and proposes times for the ones that need a meeting. The honest hard part is the trust boundary: what it drafts versus what it's allowed to send, and how you get comfortable enough to stop reading the pile yourself. I'll draw that line live, and show what it looks like when it's drawn wrong — the reply that goes out sounding like a stranger wearing your name. **You'll leave with:** an inbox-triage workflow and reply templates in your own tone. **Format:** 60 minutes building, 20 minutes questions, then whoever wants to stay and build sticks around.
