Moms Who AI: Navigating the Agent Maze

​A year ago people were asking what an agent even was. Now they're everywhere, there are a dozen products that all sound the same, and most of us still couldn't say what's happening when you text one or why one is different from the other.

Dilani Kahawala co-founded Anna, an AI assistant for families that runs over text, WhatsApp and voice. She'll start with the agent space as it stands this month: the clusters of products you're seeing, what actually separates them, and when you'd use which. Then how they built Anna, including the agent harness, model choices, and what she sees happening in the next 6 - 12 months. Live demos will be sprinkled throughout.

We’ll start with some slides but most of the conversation will be a discussion where people are encouraged to ask plenty of questions! Bring the question you've been too embarrassed to ask anywhere else.
