​Sophia is Head of Brand & Marketing at Honest Mobile, the UK’s top-rated B Corp network.

​After joining Honest’s founding leadership team in 2023, Sophia built the brand and marketing function from scratch, including a full rebrand that featured in Marketing Week.

​Since then, Sophia has led Honest’s most memorable campaigns: turning a Dragons’ Den appearance into record growth, raising £1.2m through a pie-themed crowdfunding campaign, and bringing its first TV advert to screens earlier this year. Together, these have contributed to more than 5x YoY growth, earning Honest a spot in Sifted’s list of the UK and Ireland’s top 100 fastest-growing startups.
