Ecosystem Mixer: Halloween Edition

👻 Stone & Chalk x Catalysr: Ecosystem Mixer (Halloween Edition)

Our regular Ecosystem Mixer is back, in partnership with Catalysr - this one's got a Halloween twist, and a message underneath the spooky fun: be afraid of ghosts, not migrants.

This is a night built for connection, not just networking. You'll hear from founders in the Catalysr programs about what they're building and why, then get pulled into a few low-pressure games designed to get you talking to someone new rather than just swapping cards.

📍 Stone & Chalk, 121 King Street, Melbourne
📅 Wednesday 28 October
🕠 Doors open 5:00pm

What's on:

• Speakers — short talks from Catalysr program founders on their work and why they're doing it

• Find your ghostbuster team — form a team of three: one migrant, one local, one in costume (or anything Halloween related), and one ghost (consider this a freebie addition)

• Trick or Treat (culture style)— drop a flag, a snack, or a small item of clothing on the shared table when you arrive, and take something else when you leave

The night:

• 5:00pm - Doors open

• 5:30pm - Kick off

• 5:30pm- 5:40pm - Welcome, ft Graham McCorkill and Usman Iftikhar

• 5:45pm - 6:10pm - Speakers TBC

• 6:15pm - 6:45pm — Ghostbuster Teams Game

• 6:45pm - 7:00pm - Activity Winners

• 7:00pm - 7:30pm - Networking

• 7:30pm - Event ends

Costumes encouraged (it's Halloween of course!), but not required.
