Pre-requisites: Claude Desktop installed (Pro version for $20/month).
What You'll Do:
1. What is an Agent? (Quick Framing)
A brief, non-technical intro to what makes Cowork different from a regular chatbot — it can take multi-step action across your calendar, email, and documents, not just answer questions.
2. Build #1: Morning Dashboard Agent
Your daily briefing: calendar, top emails, and relevant news pulled into one scannable summary. We'll build this together, live.
3. Build #2: Email Responder Agent
An agent that reads incoming emails and drafts a reply in your voice — you just review and click send. No more staring at a blank reply box.
4. Q&A + Customization Time
Bring your own use case. We'll troubleshoot and tailor agents to your specific workflow.
What to Bring:
A laptop and a Claude account (paid $20/month version). No technical experience needed.
What You'll Leave With:
Two working agents built during the session, plus templates for two more you can set up on your own. We'll also cover "skills", "projects", plugins, connectors, artifacts and some pre-built templates available by Claude (small business as an example).
