

RACE PREP WORKOUT w/ NIKE Shoe Trial
In our Performance Workout, you develop the strength, technique, and efficiency needed for your RACE DAY. This session combines functional strength training with race-specific movements such as sled push/pull, lunges, and wall balls.
You’ll train with control and precision to build power while conserving energy. This is where you lay the foundation to execute workouts efficiently on race day.
Special: Nike will be on site offering a shoe trial, giving you the opportunity to test their latest performance footwear during the session.
