​So we're doing detailed workshops on the core blocks of both tracks. Part 1 is validation; Part 2 is the investment track.

​Where to find a problem worth solving: operational mapping, threat identification, frontline interviews, market scans, competitor analysis. How to state a value proposition that holds for the market, end users and decision-makers alike. And how to turn a raw operational problem into a structured concept with assumptions clear enough to test.
