UNBOUND Mentorship Programme: Mentor Onboarding
This session focuses on supporting you in your role as a mentor. We’ll cover what effective mentoring looks like in practice, how to create a supportive and empowering space, and how to get just as much value from the relationship yourself.
The session is shaped by feedback from previous mentors, with a focus on real‑world experience rather than theory.
