Welcome to SELL-A-THON
SELL-A-THON is a single afternoon where the members of the Growth minds community do business with each other in the open, on the clock, under a scoreboard. Over a few hours, Growth minds founders will pitch, negotiate, and close real deals for real goods & services: the marketing retainer someone's been meaning to sign, the agents you've been meaning to hire, the private AI server you've been meaning to set up.
Every deal that closes gets logged to a shared tally, and by the end of the afternoon we know exactly how much revenue the room generated for the community.
It's a live demonstration of the idea that business is just people selling stuff to other people.
How it works
Members sign up by sharing what service they're selling and what sort of things they want to buy. At the start of the afternoon, everyone will introduce themselves in a Lightning round elevator pitch.
When two members shake on a deal, we ring a bell and put the number on the scoreboard. A running counter shows the collective number climbing through the afternoon.
The four rules that keep it clean
Real needs only. You buy things your business actually needs and sell things you actually deliver. No manufactured demand.
Fair market pricing. Deals go on the board at normal rates. No inflated invoices to juice the number, no token deals dressed up as big ones.
Intent to honor. Every logged deal is one both sides genuinely mean to complete and pay. A handshake here is a handshake.
In the open. The tally is shared and every deal is visible to the room. Transparency is what makes the final number mean something.
What we measure
The headline metric is total value of deals closed during the afternoon, in SEK. We will also recognize the day's top sellers.
