​Welcome drinks, then we go around the room. Each person gets five minutes to walk through what they're building, what's working, and where they're stuck. The rest of the table chips in with what they'd try and where the unlock might be.

​You go in with one question. You leave with optimizations on your own work, ideas from everyone else's, and ten new connections who do this work.
