George is an IT professional and Bitcoin infrastructure builder who has been deep in the ecosystem since 2016. His work spans Bitcoin, the Lightning Network, the EVM blockchains, and integrating all of it with IoT devices — building the actual pipes that make on-chain applications run. In this session, he will break down the DeFi stack from the ground up: how on-chain payments work in practice, how to take advantage of the best opportunities and strategies in DeFi, and how founders can start accepting and managing crypto to leverage their business.

Token Nights at Founder Haus is a monthly session for founders who are serious about crypto — not as a trend, but as infrastructure. It's an initiative of the Floripa Institute of Technology (FIT), focused on state-of-the-art education for entrepreneurs operating at the frontier.
