

Leading the Future of Work: Developing an AI-Ready Workforce through AI & Data Science Literacy

The rapid advancement and adoption of AI tools are fundamentally reshaping the future of work. Corporate leaders face an urgent challenge: translating AI buzz into business value by strategically preparing their employees. This two-hour training session begins with a review of AI concepts, providing attendees with a clear understanding of the current technological landscape and its immediate impact on business operations.
We will then move beyond technical infrastructure to focus on the human element, addressing critical workforce training issues and the considerations corporate leaders must prioritize for successful AI adoption. The core of this session provides actionable advice on how to design and implement effective upskilling programs. We will explore the concept of creating an AI-ready workforce as well as the tasks where human intelligence and AI capabilities combine for superior outcomes. We will address the critical challenge of building organizational structures and processes that enable seamless collaboration between human workers and AI systems.
