LOUD WOMEN Fest Tokyo X Too Hot to Be Cool
On 14 November, Tokyo's rock-for-climate series Too Hot to Be Cool and UK's feminist non-profit LOUD WOMEN team up for a historic first: the very first LOUD WOMEN Fest in Asia.
LOUD WOMEN Fest Tokyo × Too Hot to Be Cool brings together two causes in one night: putting women-led and non-binary-led rock front and center on stage, and raising funds for climate action in Southeast Asia.
🎤 The two causes
LOUD WOMEN is a UK feminist non-profit that's been running festivals since 2015, spotlighting women-led and non-binary-led bands across the UK, Europe, the US, Canada, and now, for the first time, Asia.
Too Hot to Be Cool is Tokyo's own rock-for-climate event series, running since April 2024, channeling live music into funding for youth-led environmental NPOs in Southeast Asia.
Together, we're putting on a night that's as much about who's on stage as it is about where the money goes.
🎸 The lineup
Selected from hundreds of applications from around the world, 9 women-led and non-binary-led punk and alternative rock bands from Japan, South Korea, the US, the UK and Ireland take the stage for one night only:
18Fevers (South Korea): Death Punk Disco pioneers, blending hardcore, post-punk, and hip hop into wild, unpredictable live shows
Akabane Vulgars on Strong Bypass (Japan): 20-year Tokyo garage punk institution, blending raw blues riffs with punk urgency and fierce independence
The Daddy Sisters (USA): Glam punk duo inspired by Kiss and Joan Jett, delivering massive sound from just two members
THE JUNGLES!!! (Japan): "Monster Girls Band" touring the world since 2013, mixing punk, grunge, and ferocious stage presence
Mikabomb (UK): Grand Royal-signed pop punk veterans, blending garage energy with Japanese pop sensibility since the early 2000s
Molotov Princess (Japan): Queer feminist punk collective channeling radical politics and liberation into unapologetic punk anthems
Siam Jem (USA): LA "dream punk" pioneers, blending shoegaze atmosphere with punk attitude and anti-fascist female rage
Sister Ghost (Ireland): Dark power-pop artist praised by The Guardian and BBC Radio 1 for fearless, visceral songwriting
Vampire Bats (Japan): Tokyo garage punk trio channeling 1950s rockabilly and psychobilly through a distinctly feminine lens
A night of punk, garage, glam, and everything in between, united by one thing: women leading from the front.
Three of our bands - Mikabomb, 18Fevers, and THE JUNGLES!!! - have played Rebellion Festival in the UK this summer, the world's largest independent punk festival.
🌏 The cause
100% of ticket proceeds go to WildAct Vietnam, a women-founded conservation NGO based in Hanoi, working to protect wildlife and ecosystems across Vietnam.
Our donation will go to WildAct Vietnam's program empowering women in the field, tackling gender-based violence in the conservation sector and building a network of women leaders in Vietnamese conservation.

2026年11月14日、東京の気候変動対策ロックイベントシリーズToo Hot to Be Coolと、イギリスのフェミニスト非営利団体LOUD WOMENが歴史的な初共催を実現します：アジア初のLOUD WOMEN Fest。
LOUD WOMEN Fest Tokyo × Too Hot to Be Coolは、一夜にして2つのミッションを実現します。女性主導・ノンバイナリー主導のロックをステージの中心に据えることと、東南アジアの気候変動対策のための資金を集めることです。
🎤 2つのミッション
LOUD WOMENは2015年からフェスティバルを開催してきたイギリスのフェミニスト非営利団体で、イギリス、ヨーロッパ、米国、カナダ、そして今回初めてアジアで、女性主導・ノンバイナリー主導のバンドにスポットライトを当ててきました。
Too Hot to Be Coolは2024年4月から続く東京発の気候変動対策ロックイベントシリーズで、ライブ音楽を通じて東南アジアの若者主導の環境NPOへの資金提供を行っています。
私たちは、誰がステージに立つかと同じくらい、そのお金がどこへ向かうかを大切にする一夜を作り上げます。
🎸 ラインナップ
世界中から寄せられた数百件の応募の中から選ばれた9組の女性主導・ノンバイナリー主導のパンク＆オルタナティブロックバンドが、日本、韓国、米国、イギリス、アイルランドから一夜限りのステージに立ちます：
18Fevers（韓国）：「Death Punk Disco」のパイオニア。ハードコア、ポストパンク、ヒップホップを融合させた、荒々しく予測不能なライブが持ち味
Akabane Vulgars on Strong Bypass（日本）：結成20年、東京のガレージパンクの重鎮。荒々しいブルースリフとパンクの衝動、そして揺るぎない独立精神を融合
The Daddy Sisters（米国）：Kiss、Joan Jettに影響を受けたグラムパンクデュオ。2人組とは思えない圧倒的なサウンドを届ける
THE JUNGLES!!!（日本）：2013年から世界をツアーする「モンスターガールズバンド」。パンク、グランジ、迫力満点のステージングが魅力

Vampire Bats（日本）：東京のガレージパンクトリオ。1950年代のロカビリーとサイコビリーを、女性ならではの視点で表現
パンク、ガレージ、グラム、そしてその間にあるすべてが一夜に集結。共通するのは、女性が先頭に立つということ。
出演バンドのうち3組 ― Mikabomb、18Fevers、THE JUNGLES!!! ― は今年の夏、世界最大の独立系パンクフェスティバル「Rebellion Festival」（英国）に出演しています。
🌏 支援先
チケット収益の100%は、WildAct Vietnam（ハノイを拠点とする女性設立の保全NGO）へ寄付されます。ベトナム全土で野生動物と生態系の保護に取り組んでいます。
私たちの寄付は、WildAct Vietnamが行う「現場で活動する女性のエンパワーメント」プログラムに充てられます。保全活動分野におけるジェンダーに基づく暴力への対策や、ベトナムの保全活動における女性リーダーのネットワーク構築に取り組んでいます。
