About the Experts
Dr. Kutluk Oktay is a Professor Adjunct and Director of the Laboratory of Molecular Reproduction and Fertility Preservation at Yale University. He is also the PI of the Oktay Lab. He developed and performed the world’s first ovarian transplant procedure with cryopreserved tissue and pioneered innovative ovarian stimulation protocols for cancer patients.
Dr. Mario Cordero is a Principal Investigator in the Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemical Engineering at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Sevilla, Spain (UPO). His research focuses on inflammasomes and ovarian aging.
Riva Tez is a venture capitalist, researcher, and writer. In past lives, she's been a university lecturer, toy store founder and owner, and co-founder of a children's app. Riva is currently co-directing a research project looking at economic policy and how people form their political beliefs.
About the Hosts
Laura Minquini is a longevity and women’s health entrepreneur. She is the founder of AthenaBIO; a collective funding transformative women’s health R&D. She wants to leverage her expertise to make science work for women.
Dr. Avi Roy is an Oxford-Trained Biomedical Scientist focused on longevity research. He is the Co-Founder of longevous.org.
