October Trade Secrets: A Queer Skillshare and Social

​Step into Trade Secrets- a cozy gathering where community, creativity, and craft come together. This queer skillshare social blends the vibe of an intimate mixer with the curiosity of a classroom. It’s a low-pressure way to learn something new from fellow queer artists and makers. While you mix and mingle at Nutmeg (nonalcoholic bar and market), enjoy bites and beverages, and browse a curated micro-market of queer-owned goods. Come to learn, sip, shop, and slay: this is your invitation to connect, create, and trade a few secrets.

​Our social is free to attend. If you want to take the skillshare we suggest a ticket price between $15-$25. We have a limited number of slots for people who are unable to pay for class. DM us on Instagram if you'd like one of these slots.

​This Month's Skillshare:
@wildcraftprintshop will lead a beginner-friendly block printing workshop, where you’ll learn how to carve and stamp your own designs. Inspired by resistance movements, folklore, flora and fauna, mental health journeys, and Latinx heritage and culture, their work weaves art into storytelling and identity. Bring your own t-shirt (100% cotton works best) and get ready to create something bold, personal, and hand-printed to take home.
